The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(c)) as follows: <br /> 1. Install sanitary seal. <br /> 2. Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
