Development Title Chapter 9-1270M] <br /> 5. Final Map Digital File: A digital file of the Final Map shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department. The digital file format shall be consistent with requirements of the <br /> County Assessor and Community Development Department GIS division. <br /> Timing: prior to approval of Final Map(s). <br /> 6. Road Names: <br /> a. All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community Development Department <br /> for approval by the Director. Said road names shall comply with the"Standards for Road <br /> Names and Road Name Changes, Public and Private"of San Joaquin County. <br /> [Development Title Section 9-1150.181 <br /> 7. Addresses: <br /> a. Homes along Central Parkway shall give the appearance of fronting onto Central Parkway, <br /> with vehicular access provided from rear alleys or streets. Homes fronting onto Central <br /> Parkway and served by a rear alley shall be assigned a Central Parkway Street address. <br /> b. "T Lane", "U Lane", and"S Lane"shall be unnamed alleys. However, these alleys may be <br /> identified with a letter or number for MHCS maintenance purposes so long as the <br /> identification at the alley is discrete. The identification may be on a small plaque or <br /> included with other information on a posted notice. The identification shall not be similar to <br /> a street sign. <br /> c. Posting of Address Information along Unnamed Alleys. If an address is posted along"T <br /> Lane", "U Lane", or"S Lane"it shall include the street number and street name of Central <br /> Parkway, "Q Street"and"F Drive", as appropriate. <br /> B. Monitoring Program: The Final Map(s)shall comply with the attached Mountain House Master <br /> Plan and Speck Plan 1l San Joaquin County Mitigation Monitoring Program. <br /> 9. Monitoring Agreement: The applicant or the applicant's assignee shall fund the Community <br /> Monitoring and Mitigation Monitoring Programs.The applicant or the applicant's assignee shall <br /> also fund the County's efforts to monitor compliance with the Tentative Map conditions of <br /> approval. (General Plan Community Organization and Development Policy(19)0)] <br /> Timing: Ongoing. <br /> LAND USE <br /> 10. Second Unit Dwellings: Second unit dwellings shall be required on at least 6.5 %of the <br /> parcels within the R-VL, R-L, and R-M zoning districts consistent with the preliminary second <br /> unit plan approved with the Tentative Map. The minimum number of second unit dwellings <br /> required for Neighborhood L shall be 53. The Applicant shall place the following note on the <br /> applicable Final Maps for recordation: <br /> "Second unit dwellings shall be required on at least_lots of the Final Map, consistent with the <br /> preliminary second unit plan approved with the tentative map and Chapter 9-830M of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title.The location of a second unit may be amended by <br /> Community Development Department approval only by designation of a replacement lot to <br /> receive the second unit.All replacement parcels must be located within the Tentative Maps for <br /> Neighborhood L. Parcels for each residential subdivision within the R-VL, R-L, and R-M zoning <br /> districts shall be consistent with the preliminary second unit plan approved with the Tentative <br /> Conditions of Approval -25- <br />
