Following are the recommendations from our <br /> Risk & Property, Electrical, Irrigation and Domestic Water Divisions: <br /> Irrigation/Domestic Water/Risk& Property <br /> • No comments at this time. <br /> Electrical <br /> • In conjunction with related site/road improvement requirements, existing overhead and underground <br /> electric facilities within or adjacent to the proposed development shall be protected, relocated or <br /> removed as required by the District's Electric Engineering Department. Appropriate easements for <br /> electric facilities shall be granted as required. <br /> • Relocation or Installation of electric facilities shall conform to the District's Electric Service Rules. <br /> • MID requires a 15' PUE along all properties that are adjacent to road Right-of-Way and have <br /> overhead primary lines adjacent to them. These easements are necessary in order to protect the <br /> existing electrical facilities and maintain necessary safety clearances. <br /> • A 10' PUE is required along all existing and proposed street frontages. <br /> • Currently, there is no permanent service within the proposed K and L Subdivision. To effectively <br /> serve the proposed development, MID recommends the completion of project neighborhoods I and J— <br /> Backbone which extend Great Valley Pkwy and Central Pkwy, North of Byron Road. Otherwise <br /> temporary overhead service to Subdivision K and L will be installed at full cost to the developer. If <br /> detailed questions, please contact Chris Elizondo at 209-557-1576. <br /> • Additional easements may be required with the development of Neighborhoods K and L. <br /> The Modesto Irrigation District reserves its future rights to utilize its property, including its canal and electrical <br /> easements and rights-of-way, in a manner it deems necessary for the installation and maintenance of electric, irrigation, <br /> agricultural and urban drainage,domestic water and telecommunication facilities.
