Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Project: Initial Study & Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Major Subdivisions <br /> (PA-1000266 & PA-1000267) in Mountain House <br /> District CEQA Reference No: 20110415 <br /> Dear Ms. King: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) has reviewed the <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the project referenced above. The District <br /> offers no comments regarding the adequacy or content of the CEQA document at this <br /> time. However, the District offers the following comments regarding the applicability of <br /> District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review): <br /> 1) The project requires Tentative Subdivision Map approvals from San Joaquin County <br /> for Neighborhood K and Neighborhood L. As such, future developments within <br /> these neighborhoods exceeding the thresholds identified in Section 2.1 of District <br /> Rule 9510 will be subject to the rule.
