The District <br /> offers no comments regarding the adequacy or content of the CEQA document at this <br /> time. However, the District offers the following comments regarding the applicability of <br /> District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review): <br /> 1) The project requires Tentative Subdivision Map approvals from San Joaquin County <br /> for Neighborhood K and Neighborhood L. As such, future developments within <br /> these neighborhoods exceeding the thresholds identified in Section 2.1 of District <br /> Rule 9510 will be subject to the rule.
