Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Neighborhoods D,K,L,and Town Center,Mountain House,California Page 15 River. A portion of Old River is rerouted at the northwestern corner of Neighborhood L. Several buildings (possible warehouses/barns) are located on the adjoining property north of Neighborhood L. A north/south trending access road extends from Bethany Road along the eastern boundary of the adjoining property (indicated as an orchard) south of Neighborhood L: the town of Bethany is located on the northeastern corner of the intersection of the access road and Bethany Road, northwest of the railroad tracks. The 1978 map no longer shows the pipeline extending through the adjoining properties west and south of Neighborhood D. The small structure and a bam with an access road west of Mountain House Creek are no longer indicated on the adjoining neighborhood west of Town Center. Only two structures are indicated east of Town Center along Byron Road. The orchards are no longer indicated on the adjoining properties west and south of Neighborhood L. The north/south trending road south of Neighborhood L is labeled Henderson Road. Some of the buildings are no longer indicated on the adjoining property north of. Neighborhood L. Aerial photographs dated 1957, 1963, 1982, and 1993 were reviewed. The 1957 photograph shows the Site.vicinity as agricultural land. Irrigation waterways and/or-dirt roads are located on most of the E adjoining properties to the Site. A road is located between Neighborhood D and the southern adjoining properties. A small farm complex and agricultural fields are located on the adjoining properties south of Neighborhood D. A canal and agricultural fields are located on the adjoining western property. Agricultural fields are located to the north and east of Neighborhood D. Agricultural lands surround Town Center. Roads are located between the adjoining northern and eastern properties. A small structure is located on the adjoining property west of Town Center. Several small structures are located on the adjoining eastern properties, south of the northwest/southeast trending road. A small farm complex is located on the northeastern corner of the southern adjoining property, west of the north/south trending road. The 1957 photographs for Neighborhoods K and L are of poor quality. A farm complex is located on the adjoining property west of Neighborhood K. Two possible structures are located the north side of `. the river on the adjoining property north of Neighborhood K. Several buildings are located on the north t side of the river on the adjoining property north of Neighborhood L. No changes are apparent for the adjoining properties to Neighborhoods D, K, and L on the 1963 photograph. A pond is located on the adjoining property west of Town Center, southwest of the creek (in Town Center). Rural houses with acreage are located on the adjoining properties west of Neighborhood D on the 1982 photograph. The small farm complex area on the northeastern corner of the southern adjoining property of r Town Center is larger. Three additional large structures are located on the adjoining property north of I1 Neighborhood K.No changes are apparent for Neighborhood L's adjoining properties.- No roperties.No changes are apparent for the adjoining properties to Neighborhoods D and K or for Town Center on the 1993 photograph. Three large structures are added to the adjoining property north of Neighborhood L. Polk city directories from 1961 through 2004 for Tracy, California were reviewed from the information provided by EDRT. The city directories indicated that addresses in the vicinity of the Site on West Grant k Line Road were not listed until 1990.
