The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br /> Permitted Underground Storage Tank (US7) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br /> DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br /> sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br /> permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> Live Oak searched both databases on March 16, 2018 for any listed sites within <br /> one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, <br /> and no facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Site Mitigation and <br /> LOPs lists, dated August 2017, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of <br /> the Site. The following facility was identified within the search radius: <br /> • Van Vliet, 30158 E. Highway 120, adjacent to south of Site, Hazardous <br /> Materials and Aboveground Storage Tanks lists. Live Oak reviewed <br /> records for this facility provided by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department on March 14, 2018. According to the records, 350 <br /> gallons of diesel, 350 gallons of gasoline, and 55 gallons of hydraulic oil <br /> • are stored at this facility. No evidence was encountered to indicate that <br /> storage of these materials at this facility has impacted the subject Site. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County HazMat Viewer on March 4, 2018 for <br /> the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site was <br /> not listed. One facility was identified within one-quarter mile, Van Vliet, adjacent <br /> to the south of the Site. No chemical inventory was provided for this facility. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three wells were <br /> identified at addresses within approximately one-half mile of the subject Site. <br /> None of the wells had been tested for DBCP. All of the wells had been tested for <br /> nitrate; it was detected in all three at concentrations of 5.3 to 18.0 mg/L-NO3. <br /> The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is <br /> 45 mg/L.
