The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Detail of access road(fust 100 feet from Santa Fe Road shall be paved.) <br /> b. A plan of the haul route for County roads. <br /> c. Stockpile area for top soil. (No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the <br /> property boundary,or the County planned right-of-way.) <br /> d. Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt, and gravel resulting from quarry operations. <br /> 2. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the dust. <br /> 3. A video tape of the planned haul route showing conditions of all County roads shall be prepared. The <br /> condition of San Joaquin County maintained roads along the haul route shall be reviewed with the <br /> Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation. Any proposed changes to the haul route <br /> shall require a revision to the conditions of approval. (Development Title 9-1415.2) <br /> 4. Loads on all public roads shall be restricted to legal loads only. <br /> (Street and Highway Title Section 10-2350) <br /> 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 6. Applicant shall construct a 150-foot left-turn pocket for southbound Santa Fe Road at theyroiect <br /> access point. <br /> 7. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specification of <br /> San Joaquin County. All improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check and field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the Department of Public Works,prior to issuance of <br /> encroachment permit. (Development Title Section 1150.2) <br /> 8. Dedication to result in a twenty-five (25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Hall Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 247-230-09. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br />
