The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and include the following: a. Detail of access road(fust 100 feet from Santa Fe Road shall be paved.) b. A plan of the haul route for County roads. c. Stockpile area for top soil. (No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the property boundary,or the County planned right-of-way.) d. Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt, and gravel resulting from quarry operations. 2. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the dust. 3. A video tape of the planned haul route showing conditions of all County roads shall be prepared. The condition of San Joaquin County maintained roads along the haul route shall be reviewed with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation. Any proposed changes to the haul route shall require a revision to the conditions of approval. (Development Title 9-1415.2) 4. Loads on all public roads shall be restricted to legal loads only. (Street and Highway Title Section 10-2350) 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) 6. Applicant shall construct a 150-foot left-turn pocket for southbound Santa Fe Road at theyroiect access point. 7. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specification of San Joaquin County. All improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check and field inspection fees and must be approved by the Department of Public Works,prior to issuance of encroachment permit. (Development Title Section 1150.2) 8. Dedication to result in a twenty-five (25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Hall Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 247-230-09.
