A Maintenance Agreement to ensure that all roads designated as haul routes are maintained to a condition <br /> acceptable to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant. In lieu of the maintenance <br /> agreement,a one-time road maintenance fee or an annualized maintenance fee may be acceptable to the <br /> County. Application for either of the in lieu fees may be made to the Department of Public Works. <br /> 10. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$179.44 per trip-end in the Escalon area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.
