A Maintenance Agreement to ensure that all roads designated as haul routes are maintained to a condition <br /> acceptable to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant. In lieu of the maintenance <br /> agreement,a one-time road maintenance fee or an annualized maintenance fee may be acceptable to the <br /> County. Application for either of the in lieu fees may be made to the Department of Public Works. <br /> 10. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$179.44 per trip-end in the Escalon area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. The number of trip-ends may be determined by a proportion <br /> to the length in time of the excavation operation. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304,R-9-1025,R-93-167,R-94-650, and R-96-592) <br /> 11. Prior to the start of operations, the applicant must obtain coverage under the State National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater associated with <br /> industrial activities by filing a Notice of Intent(NO[) to comply with the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board and developing a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) (Industrial). <br /> MRC:DG:ar <br /> P:`L0 A/ S1QX=NTA-040=0(reritivv).wpd <br />
