6- .� <br /> November 20,2003 <br /> ` Job Number: LE03-421 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> Mr. DeRousse indicated during the November 19'telephone interview that his residence on <br /> Parcel 1 uses a septic system installed three years ago. He stated that has not experienced any <br /> ` problems with the septic system since its installation. <br /> ` 3.2 Site Septic and Septic Repair Permit History <br /> One septic permit for the Site was found during file review at EHD on November 13, 2003. This <br /> ,. permit, dated April 7, 2000, indicates that two leach lines, 50 and 70 feet in length, and three 25- <br /> foot deep seepage pits were to be installed at the site. The system is depicted to the northwest of <br /> the residence. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> During the November 19'telephone interview, Mr. DeRousse indicated that residences on all <br /> sides of the Site use septic systems. He stated that the closest such residences are located one- <br /> eighth of a mile to the south, one-quarter mile to the east, one-half mile to the west, and one-half <br /> mile to the north of the Site. <br /> 3.5 Septic and Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system permits and septic repair permits were found for the vicinity of the <br /> Site during file review at EHD: <br /> �OEXSO <br /> a <br /> z <br /> rso�� <br />
