San Joaquin County, California <br /> A.P.N. 207-090-01, Property Address: 9654 South Henry Road, <br /> Minor Sub Number: 91-17 <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our <br /> investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject property <br /> referenced above. This study was performed to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for septic systems in terms of posing no adverse <br /> environmental impact to the underlying groundwater. This study is <br /> in compliance with the requirements of Section 9-10100 (c) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinances. <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site consists of four parcels that are 41. 33 acres <br /> each. Each parcel is approximately 1397 feet by 1292 feet. There <br /> are currently no improvements to the subject property, and it is <br /> used primarily as pasture land for cattle grazing. There are no <br /> records of any structures that previously existed on the subject <br /> property. This property is considered an antiquated subdivision <br /> and is currently zoned AL-40. <br /> The topography of the subject site is relatively flat with a slight <br /> "rolling hills" terrain. The site is bound to the north, south and <br /> west by open agricultural land that is presently utilized as <br /> pasture. To the east is a defunct chicken egg layer ranch <br /> (Kleinfeld Ranch) that had a septic systems. On July 8, 1970, <br /> there was a leach line failure at this ranch that was inspected by <br /> Jim Miller. On March 22 , 1970, Permit Number 71-218 was issued to <br /> install additional length leach lines and seepage pits per San <br /> Joaquin County Codes. <br /> O (\)uniih� � mlru� Jr�s�mctum <br />
