[3] PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT SITE
It is proposed that there will be one single family residence per
forty acre parcel. Each residence will have a sewage disposal
system and a domestic water well in accordance with San Joaquin
County Codes.
There is a Tentative Parcel Map available at this time. Refer to
Tentative Map Number M.S. 91-17 .
[4] PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK SIGHTING AND USAGE
There are no septic systems currently on the subject property. The
septic systems for each of the four parcels are to consist of a
"seepage pit" system that will have a minimum of 40 feet of
leaching line between the septic tank and the pit, unless there is
approval of deviation from the Environmental Health Department.
In addition, the pit will have a minimum diameter of 33 inches and
be installed to a maximum depth of 25 feet. There will be at least
a ten foot minimum separation distance between the bottom of the
seepage pit and the water table. This distance requirement will
be discussed in the next section. All recommended sewage disposal
areas are in compliance with the regulations of the San Joaquin
Department of Environmental Health, and this sewage disposal area
- conforms to all of the separation requirements.
[5] LOCAL GROUNDWATER INFORMATION
A map produced by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District was reviewed at the San Joaquin County
Department of Environmental Health. This map illustrates the
"Lines of Equal Depth of Water in Wells" during the Spring of 1990.
As was noted, the static water level is located at approximately
120 feet in the area of the subject site. An exploratory test hole
was drilled in the lowest point of the four parcels to a depth of
40 feet, revealing no indication of moist soil or any past history
of a water table at this depth. Therefore, the ten foot minimum
r' ry
®: Q1ity (!ontrol Inspection
