To be used as a wine storage area, the occupancy will need to be changed <br /> from a U occupancy to an M and/or an S-1 occupancy. The structure will need to be <br /> brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access requirements for the new <br /> occupancy. A restroom must be provided. A licensed architect or registered engineer <br /> must prepare all documents. <br /> .0 <br /> E The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project and, <br /> provided all outstanding issues are resolved, intends to approve this project subject to <br /> the following conditions of approval: <br /> !i <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-1000013 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on .
