Hinkley Avenue, Stockton,CA. According to these records the house <br /> was demolished in June 2005 due to health code violations. The owners were deceased and there were <br /> Lno beneficiaries. <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation Inst, dated April 3, 2006, and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, <br /> 1 dated July 20,2004,were reviewed at the EHD on August 24,2006. One site was listed on both lists: <br /> 3570 Miner Street Roy's Auto Wrecking Yard <br /> i <br /> lr Roy's Auto Wrecking Yard is located approximately 0.2 miles northwest of the property,on the other <br /> side of Highway 99. According to files reviewed at the EHD, CalTrans intended to incorporate part <br /> F of the property as part of the cross town freeway project A Soil Quality and Investigation on <br /> conducted on October 23,1991. Motor oil was found to be in the samples near the surface. The report <br /> reported groundwater at approximately 60 feet,therefore contamination to the groundwater is unlikely. <br /> It appears that no further work has been done on this site. Due to the case date and distance from the <br /> subject property the environmental impact from this site to the subject property is expected to be <br /> minimaL <br /> i <br /> 31.3 San Joaquin County Office ofEmergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)web site was searched on August 24, <br /> �. 2006 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No records were found for the subject property. A Hazardous Material Plan was found for <br /> the property to the east of the subject property, 15 N. Olive Avenue,Valley Stucco&Putty Plant Inc. <br /> d Chemicals on the site include: hydrated line, Portland cement, propane, kerosene, and silicate <br /> waterproofing.
