E06096A <br /> LAccording to Michelle Halliwell'of the OES,the following incident reports are on file at that agency <br /> for the subject property or properties within one-quarter mile: <br /> 1 <br /> V 226 S.Anteros Ave. 10/11/97 Abandoned,uncontaminated clan lab materials. <br /> N. end of Anteros Ave. @ Myrtle 2/11/02 Abandoned 5 gal bucket of waste oil and water <br /> 3800 Rick Ave. 3/5/01 5 gal bucket of various containers and corrosive <br /> 6. liquid,Ph found to be 14. <br /> 3901 E. Miner Ave. 2/14/01 Clandestine Drug Lab chemicals, <br /> 19 S. Oro Ave. 11/22/02 Drum of waste oil,and oil-soaked absorbent. <br /> Due to the dates, nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed,the environmental impact <br /> to the subject property from these instances is expected to be minimal. <br /> The incident reports discussed have been included as Appendix F of this report. <br /> 3.14 Stockton Fire Prevention <br /> r The Stockton Fire Protection District was contacted regarding hazardous materials incidents on the <br /> subject property. According to Julie Lorch' no records are on file for the subject property. <br /> 3.1.5 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's office was not contacted regarding use of <br /> r agricultural chemicals on the subject property. The subject property is in a residential area,and has not <br /> been used for agricultural purposes in the past five years. <br /> 60 3.1.6 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on August 24,2006 in an effort to obtain copies <br /> im of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. Two permits were found. <br /> A permit was issued May 28, 1958 for installation of a septic tank, disposal field, and seepage pit A <br /> to. second permit issued June 24,2005 was for destruction of the septic system. Final inspection was on <br /> June 28,2005.The tank was pumped and destroyed, then back filled with native dirt. <br /> be Water was supplied by public services.
