Anderson & Associates (NOA) has been retained by Pablo Vente of San Jose to prepare a <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 17 North Hinkley Avenue, <br /> LStockton, California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> §9-905.12, as follows: <br /> 6. A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be prepared by a qualified <br /> ` environmentalprofessionland shall identif,anypotenhal sourceofsurfaceorsubsurfacecontamination <br /> caused by past orcurrent land uses. The report shall include evaluation of nonpointsourre of hamrdour <br /> materials including agricultural chemical residues,as well aspotentialpointsourees,such at fuel storage <br /> ` <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> ` and based on the search methods described in the text sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> INN any potential contamination sources identified.
