September 7, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06096A <br /> LThis report was prepared for the exclusive use of Pablo Verte and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)for the processing of a tentative map at SanJoaquin County. <br /> This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM <br /> E1527-00 or ASTM E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of <br /> this report. <br /> L LO INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located 17 North Hinkley Avenue, approximately 525 feet south of Myrtle <br /> Street, and 450 feet east of Highway 99. The property consists of a rectangular, 0.407-acre parcel <br /> it (APN 157-210-22). The subject property is a vacant lot. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential)."This zone is intended to provide for neighborhoods <br /> consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> centers which have public services." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
