( ` J <br /> Also the DBCP and Nitrate(NO3)—Land Use Maps available in the San Joaquin (3. <br /> Environmental Health Department's Office showed no samples taken in the area of the <br /> subject so there does not appear any known real detrimental concerns for these two <br /> chemical concentrations in the general area of the project site.. <br /> 8.2 Mitigation Measures: No chemical residues or spillage of hazardous materials were <br /> noted on the subject property that need attention nor were there recorded failure of the <br /> septic systems that need to be corrected or found to cause any problems of this type of ( J <br /> contamination. <br /> (83)Recommendations: Continuing the present conditions and use on the subject <br /> property and developing the subject property as planned is not expected to impact ground /) <br /> water nor cause other health hazards. <br /> Walter E.
