Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report—APN: 157-243-18—To createlve(5)lot size parcels of <br /> about equal size,each containing at least 7,680 sq. ft., out of a larger 38,531 sq. ft. parcel. <br /> One(1) of the permits listed the soil as hardpan and the remaining fifteen(15) <br /> permits listed the soil as adobe. <br /> The general area in the vicinity of the subject property presently is afforded <br /> sewer service by the East Stockton Sanitary Sewer Project. <br /> No animals were seen on the subject property so there does not appear to be any <br /> undue nitrate concentrations because of an overpopulation of animals. <br /> Maps entitled"DBCP and Nitrate—Land Use" available in the Environmental <br /> Health Department's office were consulted and contained the following chemical <br /> concentrations information in the area of the subject property: <br /> The subject property is in an area where there is no record of a sample being taken <br /> to test for either Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) or Nitrate(NO3)concentrations. <br /> 3.4 Chemical Use In On-Sit Crop Production: The San Joaquin County Agricultural <br /> Commissioner's Office was requested to access their files and report on any recorded <br /> restricted product permit applications and product applications by the property owner <br /> over the last five (5)years on a portion of the northeast quarter of Section 5, Township 1 <br /> North,Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, San Joaquin County,California. <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office has responded in <br /> their report dated May 5, 2004, which is attached to and made an integral part of this �� <br /> report,that they were unable to locate any files to indicate that toxic materials had not <br /> been placed. <br /> 3.4 Current On-Site Chemical Use: There are no structures or buildings present on the <br /> subject property where chemicals could be stored for future use. Any chemical storage <br /> would have to be accomplished off-site so there does not appears to be any undue (3.3� <br /> concern about chemical storing, spilling, etc of chemicals. <br /> Also there is no evidence on the subject property indicating that there has been <br /> any above or below ground fuel storage tanks being present on the property so there ZJ <br /> should also be undo concerns about contamination from leaking or spillage of fuel from <br /> storage tanks. <br /> 3.4 Off-Site Possible Contamination Contributors: The subject property is in and <br /> surrounded by an area devoted to homesite usage and this is verified by the R-L zoning <br /> classification..
