The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source ofhaZardous <br /> materials,includingagncultural chemical residues,as well aspotentialpoint sources,such asfuel storage <br /> ` tanks, septic rystems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> L and based on the search methods described in the text sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> IN. any potential contamination sources identified. This report contains information and data provided to <br /> NOA by several sources.
