This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet <br /> ASTM E1527-00 or ASTM E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized <br /> use of this report. <br /> L1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located 3,600 feet north of the intersection of Farmington Road(State Highway <br /> 4) and Hollenbeck Road,approximately five miles east of Stockton,California. The property consists <br /> of a rectangulaxcre parcel (APN 183-170-A- Two addresses are associated with the subject <br /> property part 2 curb Hollenbeck Road ai(2269)outh Hollenbeck Road.There are two single <br /> Lfamily residences located on the subject property. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> v. designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises." <br /> �. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> f.. 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by Quartaroli& <br /> L. Associates; the parcel division is depicted on the site map in Appendix A. Mr. Blomberg was <br /> interviewed by phone on December 19,2005. At this time,Mr.Blomberg indicated that the new,two- <br /> acre parcel will be used for a residence.
