(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 2) PROPERTY OWNER: David and Josephine Garcia ADDRESS: 4175 E.Homer Avenue APN: 157-300-04 INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Homer Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. Adelbert Avenue has an existing fight-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
