Dedication to result in a fifteen (15)foot by fifteen (15)foot wide snipe shall be required at the southeast <br /> comer of Parcel 2. Dedication shall be made on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 5. Structures,fences,landscaping and any or all obstructions shall be removed from the dedicated right-of-way <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 7. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been <br /> paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred <br /> until building permit application with this statement 'Payment for the Right of Service Units will be <br /> required at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 9. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 10. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).
