AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> history of the subject property and surrounding areas was researched using aerial photographs; the <br /> following photographs were used in the execution of this report: <br /> Source: EDR: <br /> 1998 USGS 1"=666' <br /> 6' 1993 USGS 1"=666' <br /> 1982 WSA 1"=690' <br /> 1970 Cartwright V=333' <br /> ` 1963 Mark Hurd 1"=555' <br /> 1957 Cartwright 1"=555' <br /> Source: The Microsoft TermServer USA internet site (MTS) - 2002 USGS <br /> ` Subject Property:The property is shown as residential land on all photographs;the map scale is small <br /> and many trees are noted on the property, so a clear view of the property buildings is not available. <br /> The 1957 through 1982 maps appear to show several structures on the property,the 1993 and 1998 <br /> photographs appear to show fewer buildings, the 2002 photograph shows the current residential <br /> structure. <br /> Surrounding Properties. Surrounding properties in all directions appear residential. <br /> Aerial photographs of the subject area predating 1957 and subsequent to 2002 were not readily <br /> available for review.No items of potential environmental concern for the subject property were noted <br /> on the aerial photographs, such as above-ground storage tanks, dispensers, industrial ponds, etc. <br /> Copies of the aerial photographs are included in Appendix B. <br /> 4.2.
