REGULATORY AGENCY RECORDEAR HC L-� <br /> AGE contacted appropriate regulatory agencies to review records regarding the subject property and <br /> surrounding sites identified as having recognized environmental conditions that have potential to <br /> impact the subject property based on ground water flow direction,distance from the subject property <br /> r and nature of the releases causing the environmental condition. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)and the Central Valley Region <br /> Water Quality Control Board(CVRW QCB)maintain records of industrial violations for this area and <br /> are the lead agencies for the enforcement of the State Underground Storage Tank and Hazardous <br /> Waste Laws for San Joaquin County. <br /> AGE contacted Environmental Data Resources Inc. (EDR), a data retrieval company, to conduct a <br /> computer search of federal,state and regional regulatory agency databases of sites having recognized <br /> environmental conditions or that had permits to manufacture,store,utilize,treat or dispose hazardous <br /> materials.EDR provided AGE with a report of sites within specified search distances of the subject <br /> property that were listed on various environmental databases. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmenhl,Inc. <br />
