SUBJECT PROPERTY RECORDS 1 The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office (1868 Hazelton, Stockton, CA) and SJCEHD (304 East Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor, Stockton, CA) were contacted and the CVRWQCB GeoTracker database(http://eeotracker.swrcb.ca.eovland EDR report were reviewed concerning the subject property. 6.1.1. Agricultural Commissioner's Office/Pesticide Use " AGE cod ntacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office (SJCACO) for inform n con ming the use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property.The SJCACO noted that agricultural chemicals permitted for use through Restricted Materials Permits are not necessarily used on the property.Pesticide Use Reports are submitted by the farmer for the actual chemicals and amounts used. The SJCACO maintains Use Permits for five years, and records are filed by the farm name or grower name and not by address. The subject property was not a farm and a search at the SJCACO was not completed. 6.1.2.
