Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> GARCIA PROPERTY <br /> 4175 Horner Avenue, Stockton, California <br /> _ 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has been retained by Mr. David Garcia to perform a <br /> Surface-Subsurface Contamination assessment of the property at 4175 Horner Avenue,identified as <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 157-300-04 and located in County land \ <br /> immediately outside Stockton, California(the subject property). ° <br /> The purpose ofthe Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible,any <br /> real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses of the subject <br /> property that could lead to liability in the event of ownership, that could have a potential impact on <br /> property value, or that could impact the present or future use of the subject property. The report <br /> includes evaluation of nonpoint sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical <br /> residues,as well as potential point sources,such as above-ground or underground fuel storage tanks, ' s <br /> septic systems, or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a)was used as a <br /> guideline to perform this assessment. <br /> The purpose of this investigation is to facilitate a Tentative Parcel Map within San Joaquin County <br /> to reapportion the one current approximately 158 foot by 122 foot parcel into three new parcels;the <br /> western residential complex will comprise an approximately 60-foot by 122-foot parcel and the <br /> eastern two parcels will each be approximately 98 feet by 61 feet.AGE did not inspect the residential <br /> complex structures. The property use is currently residential and will remain residential post-split. <br /> 2.0.
