• Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on April 9, 2017 for <br /> the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. No such <br /> facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). One well was <br /> identified just over a mile from the subject Site. The well had not been tested for <br /> DBCP. Nitrate was detected in the well at a concentration 28.6 mg/L-NO3. The <br /> Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 <br /> mg/L. The MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ug/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> Because the Site is residential land, the San Joaquin County Agricultural <br /> Commissioner's Office was not contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on April 9, 2017 for mapped oil or <br /> gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified <br /> . within the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> April 9, 2017 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site.
