The project referenced above consisting of <br /> of a Site Approval application is, to expand an existing agricultural processing facility to <br /> be built in 7 phases over 9 years. Phase 1 includes construction of two 720 square foot <br /> fumigation chambers and a 3,000 square foot roof-only expansion to an existing <br /> warehouse building. Phase 2 includes construction of a 256 square foot restroom building <br /> and a 21,528 square foot cold storage building. Phase 3 includes construction of a 40,000 <br /> square foot warehouse building. Phase 4 includes construction of a 9,600 square foot <br /> warehouse building and a 5,600 square foot storage canopy. Phase 5 includes <br /> construction of a 20,000 square foot cold storage building and a 60,000 square foot <br /> warehouse building. Phase 6 includes construction of a 60,000 square foot warehouse <br /> building. Phase 7 includes construction of a 60,000 square foot warehouse building. The <br /> District offers the following supplemental comments are based on the additional <br /> information provided: <br /> 1. The District performed a prioritization and a health Risk Assessment (HRA) to <br /> evaluate the potential health risk to surrounding receptors. The HRA analysis <br /> evaluated the net annual trucking activities and the additional ProFume usage from <br /> the fumigation occurring on-site. This expansion will increase truck trips over a 6-8 <br /> week period by a net of 27 truck trips per day or 1,304 trips during this period.
