IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF WORK PERMITTED HEREIN, PERMITTEE SHALL FILL OUT AND MAIL NOTICE OF COMPLETION PROVIDED BY GRANTOR. Permittee's attention is directed to Section 6, "CONTROL OF MATERIALS", of the State Standard Specifications Reference to Engineer in the State Standard Specifications shall include State Representative. A pre-job conference with the Permittee, Contractor, and State Representative may be required prior to start of work. Permittee shall contact the State Representative and arrange the meeting. This meeting may be waived at the discretion of the State Representative. Notwithstanding General Provision #4, your contractor is required to apply for and obtain an encroachment permit prior to start of work. Permittee shall, prior to commencement of any work, provide the State Representative with the name and phone number of the person in responsible charge of the work to be performed under this permit.
