t <br /> HAZARD EVALUATION <br /> The following contaminants and/or hazardous materials are may potentially be encountered <br /> at the job site: Soil containing concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons. The likely route <br /> of exposure of these compounds is through skin contact and air/vapor inhalation. <br /> Free product present? Yes_ No—X Unknown_ <br /> Hazard associated with chemicals is primarily direct contact and inhalation of vapors. <br /> Additional Hazards: Physical hazards. Working in proximity of heavy equipment <br /> (i.e., drill rig). Be aware of area where work is performed. Stay <br /> clear of drill rig during operations to avoid physical injury. Limit <br /> exposure time to noisy equipment such as drill rig, pavement breaker, <br /> etc. <br /> Electrical Hazards. Utilities located by USA prior to drilling. <br /> Maintain at least 10 feet clearance from overhead power lines. If <br /> unavoidably close to overhead or buried power lines, turn power off <br /> and lockout circuit breaker. Avoid standing in water when operating <br /> electrical equipment. <br /> Confined Spaces. None expected <br />
