This investigation
covers the club house, percolation testing for the on site sewage
disposal system, and pavement recommendations for the roadways.
Proposed construction for the club house will be one or two story
wood frame with spread footings and concrete slab-on-grade.
Foundation loads will be light. Although a grading plan has not
- been established, it is anticipated that several feet of fill will
be used to raise the elevation of the club house building pad.
Sewage from the club house will be disposed of on site with a
septic tank and shallow leach field.
The site plan and construction data were furnished by Tripple
E Engineering, Tracy, California. The geotechnical study conducted
at this site was prepared for the use of the engineer for
application to the design of the building and grading plan in
accordance with generally accepted geotechnical engineering
practices. No warranty is expressed or implied. This report
presents the results of this study.
II GENERAL GEOLOGIC AND SITE CONDITIONS
The general geology of the area indicates that the soils at
this site are alluvial and basin deposits of the Great Valley
consisting of sands, silts, and clays. The general topography of
the area is relatively flat terrain.
The proposed golf course is currently farm land and is
bordered on the north and west by Old River and on the south and
east by additional farm land. The proposed club house location is
in the middle of the course, approximately 500 feet east of the Old
