All structures shall meet the Flood Hazard Reduction <br /> requirements of the Development Title. <br /> g. Nighttime operations are not permitted unless an improvement <br /> plan showing lighting is provided. Any future lighting <br /> shall meet commercial lighting requirements of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> h. Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading.
