j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) The driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty(40) feet maximum. The design of <br /> the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing <br /> lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> (2) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty-five (65)feet. <br /> k. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of static water supply <br /> (NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire departments instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property(C.F.C.
