'Ms.Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo.Mr. Bivens indicated that the parking was excessive. Ms.Jolley asked Mr.Bivens to submit a letter stating why he feels the parking is excessive and indicate the number of spaces he feels is adequate. Mr.Bivens informed the Committee that the maximum number of thirty-(30)children is incorrect and that there will be only twenty-(20)children at the childcare center. Mr.Neely reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. Mr.Neely indicated that the driveway must be realigned. Options for the driveways were discussed. Mr.Darrow asked what was the use for the existing building. W. Bivens indicated that it was a church. Mr.Darrow indicated that there would need to be a change of occupancy. Mr.Bivens indicated that when Head Start moved in they obtained an approved Site Approval application and installed children sized stalls in the restrooms. Ms.Jolley confirmed that there was a previous Site Approval approved but that it was never finaled,because some of the requirements were not met. Ms. Jolley indicated that she would . research the previous Site Approval to see what requirements were completed. Mr.Martin indicated that if Mr.Bivens proceeds with the application that there may be some building conditions that will be added to this approval. Mr.Martin informed Mr.Bivens that the Improvement Plan will need to be done by a Civil Engineer or Certified Architect. 11:30 a.m. 6.
