Aggregate base may be used for <br /> storage areas. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties.(Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> 2) A minimum of twenty-five (25) parking spaces shall be provided, including two <br /> (2) handicapped accessible spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> 3) One (1) space shall be provided for each truck parked at the facility. <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> 4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. Ten (10) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from the public right-of-way.
