Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage must be perlimrmed prior to issuance of building perrtlit(s) as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of S 445.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards or San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or L.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental !lealth Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year. or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental I lealth Department(San Joaquin County Development Title.
