Project Description <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Faculty and Transfer Station <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, Callfornia 95377 <br /> on ensuring that the entry and driveway are free of debris and a clean <br /> appearance maintained. <br /> There is slatted chain link fencing surrounding accessible portions of the site to <br /> screen the operation from the view of the public on the adjacent streets. A <br /> landscaped setback area consisting of living plant materials—a mix of shrubbery, <br /> turf, and trees is utilized to screen the facility. <br /> There are no scenic vistas or scenic highways visible from the project site; nor is <br /> the facility visible from any nearby scenic vista or scenic highway. <br /> Parkinq Areas <br /> There are three parking lot areas as shown on the site plan.
