Project Description <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station Expansion <br /> 30703 S. Mac4rthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Report of Compost Site Information <br /> The composting of green material and agricultural commodities will operate under the <br /> same permit as the transfer station and the material recovery facility and the C&D <br /> processing facility.
