A secondary expansion is proposed to add approximately 19,000 square feet <br /> (Phase 2 addition) to the northern side of the building, which will add increased area to <br /> be divided between the Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station operations, <br /> bringing the overall footprint of the MRF/TS building to approximately 76,400 square <br /> feet. <br /> Maintenance/Administrative Office Building Expansion: <br /> The 10,920 square foot Maintenance/Administrative Office building is currently <br /> undergoing expansion by an additional 10,500 square feet for addition of maintenance <br /> 13 <br /> 170.18.03 CUP Project Description 121807 <br />
