Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map (Subdivision Map <br /> Act Section 66411. 1) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code shall be per- <br /> formed prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100) . <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-10100-05 . ) <br /> C . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel #1, #2 , ,#3 and #4 under a permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of develop- <br /> ment (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5- <br /> 3003) . <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> parcel #1 , 02 , 03 and #4 under a well permit and inspec- <br /> tion by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 , <br /> Section 5-4100) . <br /> e . State on final map that the existing well is located 10 <br /> feet from the proposed property line. <br /> f . The existing sewage disposal system will have to be <br /> uncovered or staked out to verify its location, as we <br /> have no permits on file. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a . Parcel Nos . 1 , 2 and 3 shall contain a minimum of 20 <br /> acres each. Parcel 4 shall contain a minimum of 40 <br /> acres . (P1ann_ng Title Section 4010 . 1 [a] ) <br /> b . The designated remainder shall contain a minimum of 2 . 0 <br /> net acres. <br /> C . Parcel Nos . 2 , 3 and the remainder shall have a <br /> minimum frontage of 100 feet. (Planning Title Section <br /> 4010 . 1 [b] ) . <br />
