No ground <br /> water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property, and the depth to ground <br /> water is approximately 110 to 135 feet below the ground surface for the period of Fall 1998 , <br /> and Spring 1999. The on-site water well was tested for nitrate and DBCP. DBCP was non- <br /> detectable, and nitrate was found at 10.0 mg/L-N031 well below the maximum contaminant <br /> limit of 45 mg/L-NO3. <br /> Based on the results of this study, our office has found the soils to be suitable for use with an <br />
