Client: George & Betty Van Weerdhuizen QCI#: E-91-655
26159 East Magnolia Avenue
Escalon, CA 95320
Project: Soil Suitability Study
Subject Property: 26159 East Magnolia Avenue, APN 229-080-15
Minor Sub Number: MS-92-42
[1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our
investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject property
referenced above. This study was conducted to determine if this
site is acceptable for septic systems that will function properly
and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or the
underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the
requirements of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County
Ordinance No. 3323 .
[2] SUBJECT SITE, AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The subject site presently consists of a 40 acre parcel that
contains a single family residence, pasture land, and a defunct
dairy facility that was operational prior to the Federal Dairy Buy-
out Program. The surrounding area has historically consisted of
agricultural production land and related activities, low density
homesites, ranchettes, and commercial businesses. Agricultural
production primarily consists of pasture and forage land, dairies,
tree and row crops.
The topography of the subject property is relatively flat with an
elevation of approximately 125 ft. There is a slight decline of
the terrain towards the Lone Tree creek, which is the north border
of the subject site.
1
r'
( ality ion
ontrol n
