This study was conducted to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for septic systems that will function properly <br /> and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or the <br /> underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 3323 . <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE, AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site presently consists of a 40 acre parcel that <br /> contains a single family residence, pasture land, and a defunct <br /> dairy facility that was operational prior to the Federal Dairy Buy- <br /> out Program. The surrounding area has historically consisted of <br /> agricultural production land and related activities, low density <br /> homesites, ranchettes, and commercial businesses. Agricultural <br /> production primarily consists of pasture and forage land, dairies, <br /> tree and row crops. <br /> The topography of the subject property is relatively flat with an <br /> elevation of approximately 125 ft.
