[2] Cont.
According to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
records there has been three recorded cases of septic system
modifications occurring in the study area. These applications for
system modifications were all for additional drainage to existing
systems. According to the subject property owners, the septic
system currently on their property (parcel #1) , has not had any
problems since their occupation of the residence.
[3] PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
It is proposed that the subject property will be equally subdivided
into four parcels. One single family residence (SFR) will be built
for each parcel . The existing SFR on parcel #1 will remain "as
is" . Each residence will have a sewage disposal system and a
- domestic water well constructed in accordance with San Joaquin
County Codes. All "distance" requirements with regard to the
placement of the septic and well systems must be strictly adhered
to, particularly with regard to the surface waters of Lone Tree
Creek.
[4] SOIL PROFILE AND PERCOLATION TESTING
Information from the drilling of domestic wells, and the
installation of septic systems in the area of the subject site were
obtained from the San Joaquin Department of Environmental Health.
The Well Logs illustrate a diverse soil structure of primarily
clays, sandy silts, cemented silts (hardpan) and gravels. There
is a regionally extensive hardpan layer in the Escalon area,
approximately three to five feet under the subject site. An
exploratory Log of Boring performed on the subject property
accompanies our percolation test data.
The Conditions of Approval from the San Joaquin County Development
Services Division, stipulates that the Applicant contact the
2
011 ality Control 1 nspection
