This study was conducted to determine if the <br /> referenced site is acceptable for septic systems that will function <br /> properly and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters <br /> or the underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with <br /> the requirements of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 3323 . <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE, AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject property currently consists of two lots (27 and 28) <br /> that are a total of 40 acres. Lot 28 contains a single family <br /> residence, and the remainder of the subject property is irrigated <br /> silage corn. The surrounding area has historically been <br /> agricultural production land and related activities, low density <br /> homesites, ranchettes, and commercial businesses. The agricultural <br /> production in the area primarily consists of pasture land, dairies, <br /> tree, vine and row crops. <br /> The topography of the subject property is relatively flat with an <br /> elevation of approximately 125 ft.
