These applications for
system modifications were for additional drainage or system
replacement. The subject property owners have had a new septic
system and domestic well installed at their residence (parcel #3) .
[3] PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
It is being proposed that the subject property will be subdivided
into four equal parcels, with each parcel adjoining Magnolia
Avenue. One single family residence (SFR) will be built for each
parcel. The existing SFR on parcel #3 will remain "as is" . Each
residence will have a sewage disposal system and a domestic water
well constructed in accordance with San Joaquin County Codes. All
"distance" requirements with regard to the placement of the septic
and well systems must be strictly adhered to.
[4] SOIL PROFILE AND PERCOLATION TESTING
Information from the drilling of domestic wells and septic system
installation in the area of the subject site were obtained from
the San Joaquin Department of Environmental Health. The Well Logs
illustrate a diverse soil structure of clays, sandy silts, cemented
silts (hardpan) and gravels. There is a regionally extensive
hardpan layer in the Escalon area, approximately three to five feet
under the subject site. An exploratory Log of Boring for the
subject property illustrating the soil profile to 25 feet
accompanies our percolation test data.
2
f *ality C-troi Inspection
