CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-91-69 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> g. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right <br /> of Service Units (R.O. S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid <br /> for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map. <br /> h . Segregation of services and fees for the sanitary sewer shall <br /> be applied for. <br /> i . Public water service shall be required . A"Will Serve" letter <br /> from the California Water Service Company shall be required. <br /> j . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. If the house and garage are to be demolished obtain Demolition <br /> Permits. <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the subdivider <br /> shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or <br /> proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the <br /> local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
