A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identi Tying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. 7 he report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12(x))- In addition,the report shall he submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department at the time of submittal of a tentative map. <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition,written confirmation from the Public Works <br /> Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is <br /> also required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> G Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> A letter from the water supplier will he required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the <br /> final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> D. The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned wcll(s) be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: See Service Request Permit Numbers SR0036745 and SR00.36746 (work not complete). <br />
