The proposed property is located on the South side of East Main Street, <br /> between South Wagner Avenue and South Del Mar Avenue in the City of Stockton. <br /> We have circulated copies of the plans and supporting documentation to our functional <br /> units for review. Please include the following comments as conditions of approval for the <br /> project: <br /> • This project will generate sufficient vehicle trips to warrant a traffic study to determine <br /> impacts to state facilities in the project area. <br /> • Please provide a Traffic Impact Study (TIS), in accordance with the Caltrans "Guide <br /> for the preparation of Traffic Impact Studies" December 2002 edition, to address the <br /> cumulative impact on State Route 99/Main Street. <br /> • Upon review of the TIS, Traffic Operations will have further comments. <br /> Please forward the Conditions of Approval including any mitigation, plans and other <br /> documents on this Project for our records.
