The adjacent property to the east is an orchard and farm complex. The properties south <br /> of Mormon Slough are agricultural, utilized for orchards and row crops with a residence and outbuildings <br /> in the northeastern comer. The adjacent property located southwest of the Site is a private residence. The <br /> properties along the western Site boundary are all generally residential. The northwestern adjacent <br /> properties (portions of APNs 173-210-05, -06, and 173-210-07) are fallow agricultural land with a former <br /> farm complex that is under development for an elementary school. <br /> L 3.0 USER PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> 3.1 TITLE RECORDS <br /> 1 <br /> ` No title records were provided by the Client. <br /> 3.2 ENVIRONMENTAL LIENS OR ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATIONS <br /> �. An environmental lien is a charge, security,or encumbrance upon title to a property to secure the payment <br /> of a cost, damage, debt, obligation, or duty arising out of response actions, cleanup, or other remediation <br /> of hazardous substances or petroleum products upon a property. No evidence of any environmental lien <br /> placed on the Site property was revealed in the course of this investigation. <br /> 3.3 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE <br /> �.
