NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of this <br /> report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> j 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located to the immediate east of the city limits of Stockton, California. The <br /> property is located on the east side of Del Mar Avenue and stretches between Horner Avenue to the <br /> ` north and East Main Street to the south. The property consists of six parcels forming a roughly L- <br /> shaped, 19-acre area. Three addresses are associated with the subject property: 5055 and 5153 East <br /> L Main Street and 844 South Del Mar Avenue. One single-family residence and one bam are located at <br /> the southeast comer of the property; the remainder of the site is vacant land which has been recently <br /> tilled. Robert Cafesse and Dr.Ernest Vasti are the current owners of the property.
